Terms of Service

VIBE is a curated matchmaking club operated by Vibe Company. These terms set out the agreement between you and Vibe Company for the use of the VIBE app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use VIBE. When you register, you confirm that you are over 18. If we learn that a member is under 18, we close the account and remove the profile and its data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Members create their own profiles, photos, written answers, event listings, messages, and other content. That content belongs to the member who posted it, and Vibe Company does not create, review, endorse, or verify it.

Members are solely responsible for what they post and for the consequences of posting it.

Vibe Company is not responsible or liable for any content posted by users, including profiles, photos, prompts, messages, event listings, or anything else a member shares through the service. We do not guarantee that member content is accurate, lawful, or appropriate.

Vibe Company is not responsible or liable for any illegal actions of any user while using any feature of this service, or for any other illegal activity carried out by a user, whether inside the app or in connection with people met through it. Each member acts on their own behalf and is personally responsible for their conduct and for complying with the law.

We cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, or background of any member. Meeting someone you found on VIBE is your own decision and is done at your own risk, and we encourage you to take ordinary precautions when meeting anyone in person.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If a member posts something harmful or breaks these terms, report it to us through the app's Profile page or by emailing us via the Contact page. We review reports and may remove content or close an account. We also cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires or permits it.

Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content, impersonate anyone, use the service to commit fraud or a scam, or use it for any purpose that breaks the law.

Do not attempt to access another member's account, scrape the app, or interfere with how it works.

Full access to the club is a paid membership. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Membership terms, the price you pay, and the billing cycle are shown at checkout before you pay.

You can close your account at any time from the Profile page or the account deletion page, which also stops future billing. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we'll update this page and the effective date below, and we'll tell you about material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use VIBE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
