VIBE Matchmaking

Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective October 29, 2026

Zero tolerance

VIBE has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy sets out the standards we apply to prevent, detect, and respond to any such conduct on our platform, in line with all applicable laws.

Adults only

VIBE is a matchmaking club for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app in any way. We do not knowingly collect information from, or provide the service to, anyone under 18.

Because VIBE is a dating product, all users are required to be 18 or older. If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate their account immediately and remove their profile and all associated data.

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement:

Any depiction, description, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation, including any content involving a person under 18.

Using VIBE to contact, groom, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor for any purpose.

Using VIBE to recruit, traffic, or exploit anyone under 18, or to distribute images or text describing the abuse of minors.

Any attempt to circumvent our minimum age requirement, including providing a false date of birth.

Prevention

Accounts are created with an email address and password or a Google sign-in, and every new member completes a profile with an adult age. We restrict the service to users who declare an age of 18 or older, and we reject new profiles that do not.

We keep the range of interactions on VIBE deliberately narrow — a small number of curated introductions each day, and messaging only between members who have both said they are interested — which limits the ways the product could be misused.

Detection, moderation, and response

We review reports of suspected CSAE as a top priority. When we identify a violation of this policy, we:

Remove the offending content and terminate the account responsible immediately.

Preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement as permitted by law.

Report suspected child sexual exploitation to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where the CyberTipline applies.

Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including responding promptly to valid legal process.

How to report

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve the abuse or exploitation of a minor, report it to us immediately through the app's Profile page or by replying to any email we've sent you. Please include what you saw and where, so we can act quickly. Do not interact with the content or the account.

Reports are handled as emergencies: the account in question is suspended first and investigated immediately.

Our commitment

We are committed to keeping VIBE a safe community for adults. We will keep these standards up to date as our service evolves, and we will continue to cooperate with authorities and child-safety organizations to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation wherever it appears.
